Ifor Williams Tipping Trailer Remote Control Kit
Our Remote Control kit uses the original ‘D’ socket on the Ifor Williams Tipping Trailer, and with the addition of another cable allows you to remotely tip your trailer
We designed this kit because there is no provision for remote control and we know how time consuming it is to get out the wander lead.
Like others we have ripped out the wires because we’ve driven forward away from the tipped load and their is no where to put the wander lead, so it’s fell under the tyres and damaged it.
It’s ideal for log deliveries because it makes them quicker, and you can back into tight spaces, tip the load, lower it, all from inside the truck.
The builder who’s trailer is in the pictures has tipped 160 tonnes within a month and loves it’s ease of use, he said he wouldn’t be without it.
The kit can be installed in minute’s and you can revert back to the wander lead at any time*.

*Please note: This kit requires a good battery and it will turn itself off when the battery is low, in which case you will have to revert to the wander lead.
