Lodar Radio Controls
Lodar deal with all warranty returns direct, therefore ensuring you are up and running quickly. During office hours, please call them on 01922 613633 and explain the problem, making sure you have the Model Number & Serial Number to hand. More often than not they can resolve the matter on the phone.
If you are asked to return the receiver, please ensure it is sent with the lid, and not removed from it as the claim cannot be processed without the serial number.
If it is out of hours please email sales@lodar.com and explain the problem, making sure you provide the Model Number & Serial Number and your telephone number. More often than not they can resolve the matter on the phone and will call you during office hours.
If we provided you with a customised transmitter which doesn’t have standard Lodar button inserts please contact us and we will let Lodar know the original button inserts.

The first 2 years’ warranty is unlimited. The warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our premises.
For the following 3 years, Warranty is pro-rated.
Year 2-3 Additional 15% of replacement
Year 3-4 Additional 10% of replacement
Year 4-5 Additional 5% of replacement
These discounted products will carry a further 2 year unlimited warranty. After the 5 year warranty expires, the Lodar equipment will not be repaired and will be scrapped.
Hetronic Radio Controls
The first one year’s warranty is unlimited. During that period, we will repair or replace free of charge, at our discretion, any product that is proved and accepted by Hetronic to be faulty due to poor manufacturing. The warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our premises.
Hydraulics
For the first 6 months, the warranty is unlimited. During that period, we will repair or replace free of charge, at our discretion, any product that is proved to be faulty due to poor manufacturing. The warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our premises.

After 30 days you will be responsible for the costs to return the item back to us in it’s original unmodified condition to carry out our assessment.
