Our ELP pre wired changeover switch has two positions, Radio and Manual.
We use this in our plug and play systems which have a dump valve on the hydraulic valve block.
It is designed to be in Radio mode to use the Lodar remote control safety features and in an emergency allow the operator to switch to manual and bypass the Lodar remote control to activate the Master output, normally the hydraulic dump valve, so they can use the levers on the valve block.
Radio position allows either:
- The Lodar receiver to operate the master output in parallel to operate the safety dump valve on the hydraulic valve block.
- The Lodar receiver to operate a battery isolator in continuous mode on an electric winch.
Manual position allows the operator to power the master output, independent of the Lodar control, e.g., when the remote has been lost.
When purchased with a plug and play system, we will install this into the receiver for you, with diode protection for the Lodar receiver.
Mounting is with 2 mounting holes inside the housing using the supplied stainless steel A2 grade fasteners.
