We have launched our new products: the 422-0010 and 422-0011 which enhance the Lodar 92210 system by making it plug and play by having 10 or 11 DIN plugs respectively.
The systems have a pre-installed wiring harness, using Atam LED and suppressed solenoid valve connectors (DIN 43650 A) which are fully sealed internally so no corrosion inside the connectors can occur.
Installation of this system is simple, requiring only a fused supply of power and ground. The receiver should be mounted and the connectors connected by powering up the system, pressing a button on the transmitter, finding the connecter with the light illuminated and attaching this to the corresponding valve. No messing around or probing for power inside a connector.
Each connector has a LED on it so you know when it’s working.
The 422-0011 has the addition of a changeover switch for the safety dump valve, so it is operated automatically by the Lodar remote control receiver, or manually, so you can use the manual levers on the valve block.
