Lodar Software Configuration allows you to modify the outputs and operation of the Lodar Legacy Systems (Not TI Systems) to suit your requirements.

With CONFIG 1 to any Legacy system with a master output, the receiver can be set up to only operate the master output on a certain button press, this is very common on 4 and 6 function recovery trucks with electric winches, and a electro-hydraulic clutch or powerpack to operate the hydraulics.

A common application is on a 2 function remote control with master output for Ifor Williams tipper trailer bodies which are programmed to only activate the electro-hydraulic powerpack when raising the body.

You can have:

Latching outputs.

Interlock modification.

Master output modification to parallel.

(See FIRMWARE Software Configuration – All Receivers if you want sequences, buttons turning off others, etc).

Please use the following convention inserted into the Text box to inform us of your requirements:

Note: F1, F2 etc are functions, and refer to the button position, see picture.

MOMENTARY OUTPUT – momentary output (standard) – this is standard, so no need to state it.

LATCHING OUTPUT – for a latching output, 1st press turns on, 2nd press turns off, e.g., F3 = LATCH.

INTERLOCKED – state what function doesn’t operate when another button is on, e.g., F1 = INTERLOCKED to F3, F4 (Horizontal interlocks are standard, so nothing stated = horizontal only as standard).

MASTER ON WITH – list all functions you want it to come on with, e.g., MASTER ON WITH F2, F3, this is used a lot on 7.5 tonne vehicles with electrically operated hydraulic pump on the bed and an electric winch.

TIMEOUT – standard is 30 mins on the receiver.

Please list as follows, with examples:

F1 = LATCH

F2 = – (this will give you a momentary output with an interlock with F1)

F3 = –

F4 = –

F5 = INTERLOCKED F1, F2

MASTER = F3, F4
