As an approved distributor, we always install your chosen Lodar button images for all purchases from us free of charge
We have been made aware that you can buy incorrect or blank IP transmitters following several people asking for button images at the Tow Show.
Therefore, we would like to offer a free service within the UK to install your chosen button images in any Lodar IP transmitter which has blank or incorrect images.
How it works:
- Choose your Lodar button images from one of three options:
- Button images identical to main picture.
- Click Lodar IP Transmitter Button Images and list your images starting at the top and working your way down.
- Upload a picture of your required button images.
- Process your order through to checkout and create a customer account.
- Clean your fully working IP transmitter(s), package securely in a box and enclose a packing slip detailing your name and address (please don’t send any faulty/damaged or with missing components). Please note we cannot rework any standard transmitters because the images are installed when assembled.

We aim to process and return your transmitter free of charge (by Royal Mail) within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
This is a totally free service because we believe you should have the correct images in your transmitters no matter where you have got them from. If you feel compelled to give, please give a donation to Cancer Research UK.

Please note for future reference:
- We install Lodar button images free of charge for all Lodar products.
- We record the button images on your invoice.
- We record the serial number to start the 5 year warranty (without this date being recorded by an approved distributor, it reverts to the day Lodar dispatched it from the factory).
- We’ll gladly put registration numbers on the invoice for future reference – this is especially useful with heavies.
